Return and Exchange Policy

Note: ROCKLEDGE TRADING LLC is the owner of the brand, sDiscounter, which is why all its (sDiscounter) operations are regulated by ROCKLEDGE TRADING LLC. In the text in which the name of ROCKLEDGE TRADING LLC or sDiscounter is used, you are referring to the primary owner of this website and the website.

SECTION 1: RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the sDiscounter's website, we are here to help! -Scroll down to start the return process.

The product bought will only be accepted for refund or exchange if they are intimated within 30 days after the delivery and if they meet the following return criteria :-

1. Items are in their original state along with bills, tags, and original packaging.

2. Items must have no visible signs of tear and use.

NOTE: Returns and exchanges according to Limited Warranty Policy will be treated according to Warranty Policy stated for this website. To view the Warranty Policy, please click here.


If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, you can return your product for a different product or a refund equivalent to the original payment done for the product being returned.

In the event you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, you are responsible for shipping items back to us. The new item will be shipped to you for free, unless you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. In that case, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

SECTION 2: CANCELLATION POLICY

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please email our customer care team at info@sdiscounter.com with in 30 days of delivery with the following information: -

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

Our support team will get back to you within 24 h and send you the return label (if product qualifies the return), that you have to paste at the product box before submitting the box to the particular shipping company.

Note: We take the responsibility of return fee (labels issued by us) for the US States (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international return). We will also issue return label for the above specified exceptional regions first and then the cost for return will be deducted from the actual product amount before crediting the amount in the customer account. 

Once product is received, we will process your refund, store credit or replacement. Please allow 5-7 business days that the credited amount to be appear on bank statement.

Return Through Customer Account

Go to https://account.sdiscounter.com > My Account > Order History to initiate the return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return and if you want an Exchange or Refund.
